What is the Provo Advantage?
Updated: Mar 1
Living and working in Provo is the best decision you will ever make—it’s what we call the “Provo Advantage.”
Over the next 12 months we will be creating content to share with our community and key stakeholders about what is special about Provo. Each month, we will send a “Provo Advantage” e-blast highlighting an economic topic of the month, including resources such as industry interviews, helpful statistics, and shareable infographics.
Mayor Michelle Kaufusi and Keith Morey, our assistant development services director introduce the “Provo Advantage” from the top floor of Provo’s new city hall, scheduled to open in June 2022. Serving as “ground zero” for economic vibrancy, Mayor Kaufusi reinforces her commitment to creating opportunities in Provo in both policy and partnerships.
There are approximately 20,000 incorporated cities in the U.S., and while some are thriving, others are struggling. Provo City prides itself on setting city standards across the nation, with many accolades showing we are on the right track. Enjoy the sample of awards Provo has earned in only the past two years…feel free to hum Queen’s “We are the Champions.”
