Did you know that for the past 14 weeks, our dispatch center has been operating out of two locations while final work was being completed at the new dispatch center? All 911 calls were received by Provo dispatchers staffing the Orem dispatch center. The calls were then transferred to Provo for units to be dispatched.
On Tuesday this week at 9:00 am, all dispatchers were reunited in the same dispatch center located in the new public safety building. Thank you Orem for hosting us.
