I'm so excited to celebrate our second annual Kindness Week! Get ready to track your kindness, attend events, participate in service, win prizes and swag, and so much more!
So let's see how much kindness we can spread this week! Here’s how you can participate:
1. Track your acts of kindness on the GooseChase App using our daily themes as a guide:
Monday - myself
Tuesday - in my home
Wednesday - at my workplace/school
Thursday - in my relationships
Friday - in my neighborhood
Saturday - in my community.

3. Register for Community Kindness Day
5. Purchase a Kindess Shirt
4. Follow Provo Kindness on social media for daily prompts and ideas
Tracking Kindness
As you track your acts of kindness, you'll also be entered into our drawing for gift card prizes! Select whichever way you prefer to help us track all of the kindness:
1. Post your acts of kindness on Instagram or Facebook and use #provokindness2022. Tag @provokindness in your post so we can share it with others and spread the joy that kindness brings!
2. Use the Goose Chase app to track kindness, earn points, and win prizes. How many points can you earn this week?!

2) Search for "Kindness" or hunt name Provo Kindness Week 2022
3) Register (you can play as individuals OR as families)

They're here!! Just in time for Kindness Week, show your commitment to kindness with your own "Kindness Starts Here" t-shirt! Sizes youth S-XL & adult S-3XL. Just $10 each at Provo City's Customer Service counter (351 W Center Street). Quantities are limited. Be sure to share a picture and tag @ProvoKindness once you get your shirt! We want to see kindness all over the city!
Community Cafe Conversations
What does it mean to be part of a community? Join us on Thursday, February 10 at 7 PM in the city council chambers for a group discussion on how we can strengthen our community by building understanding through respect and conversation. You will receive a free Kindness Starts Here sticker or yard sign for participating!
