What are you waiting for?
I'd like to introduce this year's theme, What are you waiting for? You might recognize this phrase from one of our downtown wall murals designed by Brittany Jepsen. We thought it would be perfect for this year's Provo Women's Day. The year 2020 offers an opportunity to celebrate two auspiciously linked historical events: the 150th anniversary of a woman first voting in Utah and the 100th anniversary of the passing of the 19th Amendment, granting voting rights to all women nationally.
By celebrating these historical events in creative and communal ways, we will draw attention to our storied past, be a positive catalyst for conversation and remembrance, and give energy to Provo's women today to be more engaged participants in our corporate and political communities.

Lecture Series & Tea Party Luncheon
Join us for a free lecture series featuring some of Provo’s most established influencers, academics, social advocates, philanthropists, and thinkers. You’ll meet women who are changing the face of Provo with their passion and personal and professional projects.
Bring your daughters, sisters, mothers, neighbors, and friends!
The lecture series will culminate with a Tea Party Luncheon in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the 19th amendment. Refreshments will also be served during the lectures and each attendee will receive Women's Day swag. Get your tickets here.
After Party: Roaring 2020
You're invited to attend the Provo Women's Day After Party!
So grab your ticket, put on your flapper attire, and get ready for a night full of 1920’s themed celebrations fit for your inner Gatsby! This once-in-a-lifetime event will include casino tables, mocktails, all-female Comedy Sportz show, virtual reality, fine chocolates, and hors d'oeuvres, Foxtrot lessons, and more!
