In recognition of the contributions of my sister trailblazers past, present, and future I am pleased to introduce the 2020 Trailblazer Award. Now that you have heard her story of grace and courage it will come as no surprise that Lillian Hayes, born in that pivotal year of suffragette history, who carried on the trailblazing trait to make her own mark on history, is the ideal honoree.
It is my privilege and pleasure to honor Lillian Hayes as our much deserving 2020 Trailblazing Award recipient. Lillian, thank you for everything you've done for us in Provo. Every time we turn on our faucet to get a glass of water, we think of you and thank you.
