International Women’s Day this past Friday was amazing! I so enjoyed celebrating the amazing contributions women make to our world and our future!
The city center hosted a Lecture Series in our Council Chamber with some of Provo’s most established influencers, academics, social advocates, philanthropists, and thinkers. We heard from Dr. Astrid Tuminez, Ann Dee Ellis, Carolina Nunez, and our own Sergeant Nisha King. These women are changing the face of Provo with their passion and personal and professional projects.
