New Location for Provo Farmers Market!

Due to construction on 500 West and increased popularity, our beloved Provo Farmers Market has moved from Pioneer Park to Center Street between University Avenue and 100 West. With this new location, I’d like to take this opportunity to highlight what great things you can expect to see at the market and where you should park if you drive to the market.

First, Provo Farmers Market has a diverse offering of local and handmade goods. Not only do they sell fresh and seasonal foods, but also arts and crafts of all kinds. You’ll find baby blankets, Hawaiian shell earrings, handmade leather wallets, and so much more.

Second, you’ll want to come hungry. Downtown Provo is home to dozens of fantastic locally-owned restaurants and the Farmers Market adds even more to the selection. Market food vendors sell tamales, fresh juices, Hawaiian food, and so much more. There are gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and organic options throughout.

Third, there are well over 2,459 free off-street car parking spots within a two-block radius of the market. I highly suggest using parking garages as they don’t have two-hour restrictions as on-street parking does. That gives you as much time as you need to browse the market, shop around downtown, and take a break at a nearby park. We’d also like to thank NuSkin for opening its lot and garage to Provo Farmers Market customers on Saturdays. Please see the map below for the location of nearby parking garages. Also note that the Center Street UVX stop and downtown bike parking racks are the closest of all, so walk, bike, or take the bus for the quickest way in and out!

Lastly, the market staff wanted to make sure we told everybody that the market is dog friendly. But please remember to clean up after your pet!

The Provo Farmers Market is held every Saturday from 9am to 2pm June through October. For more information, please see provofarmersmarket.com!
