I'm excited to announce that Kiln is coming to Provo in the Fall of 2022 with their newest flex-office and coworking community! In partnership with Brighton Development, the 40,000 square foot facility will be located in the new River’s Edge on University development.
Kiln Provo will provide an amenity-rich, all-inclusive workspace experience for creatives, startups, and enterprise teams, and serve as a center of gravity for Provo’s bustling entrepreneurial ecosystem.
During a recent tour of Kiln’s Lehi location, I was able to meet with founder and owner, Arian Lewis for a personal tour of this emerging trend of flex office communities. Of why Kiln chose Provo, Lewis said, “We love Provo because of the entrepreneurial spirit that has been there for a long time. There are great universities surrounding Provo, tremendous talent and a lot of people who are already building their businesses there and we want to be a part of supporting and growing that ecosystem.”
Creating economic vibrancy requires the right timing and team. With both now in place, our promise to reinvent spaces for new generations to enjoy is underway. Kiln is an ideal example, with their innovative work concept not only expanding job opportunities, but re-envisioning the entire industry.
In addition to providing flexible workspace options, Kiln will also be able to be leveraged as a meeting room and event space venue. The Kiln team intends to host a myriad of tech and entrepreneurship programming in its theater space, much of which will be open to the general public.
