An Evening with Toast

What would you give to go back in time for just one night and relive some of the very best memories forged long ago in your youth? Memories of your best friends, the crush you had on a classmate, your first love. Memories of places you've been; riding in your car, a warm summer breeze blowing through the open window.

The purest memories are often preserved through the music we listened to then.

Music is the only real-time machine powerful enough to take us back to those days when we were filled with hope for the future and we had our whole lives ahead of us.

Since the onset of the internet, the dependence on cell phones, and the influence of social media, the youth of today are at a great disadvantage. Face-to-face communication and contact with friends and peers have suffered greatly and it's taking its toll on generations of young people.

TOAST The Ultimate Bread Experience will be performing here at the Covey Center for the Arts on October 28 at 7 pm! We invite you to join us along with Life's Worth Living Foundation for an evening with TOAST as they take us on a journey back in time through unforgettable songs.

Aubrey, Goodbye Girl, If, Guitar man, It don't matter to me; these were the songs that played once upon a time while lives were lived, friendships were made and love grew, they are the soundtrack of your youth.

Please join us and help give the youth of today the same hope for the future we had at their age. The Life's Worth Living Foundation's goal is to bring awareness to issues surrounding suicide through Hope squads established within local high schools as well as religious organizations and government agencies as they provide counseling, education, support, and assistance to at-risk youth and their families. Please help us by supporting this important cause.

Purchase your tickets online at coveycenter.org or by calling the box office at (801) 852-7007 — at Covey Center for the Arts.
